Hey, I'm Kate. I’m 39 now, a mum of three (15, 12 and 7 now), and I know exactly how it feels to juggle work, family, and trying to make time for myself, but always falling to the bottom of the list.

After having my third child, I'd lost my confidence, had no energy, and nothing I tried ever seemed to work long-term.

The initial coaching is 8 weeks, but it automatically rolls into a monthly membership. While the first 8 weeks will give you an incredible kickstart, the magic really happens beyond that when consistency becomes a lifestyle, not just a phase.

My goal is to make this the last "start again" you ever need.

How much does it cost?

The full 8-week coaching experience is €249, which works out at just over €4 a day.

(After that, the rolling monthly membership is only €99pm.)
